All members of Everest Gaming are expected to demonstrate respect at all times.

Players must compete honestly and with integrity.

Using unauthorized software or tools

Smurfing or using alternate accounts to gain advantage

Sharing accounts or allowing others to play for you
Any attempt to gain unfair advantage may result in penalties or removal.
3. Player Safety & Behavior Online
Everest Gaming prioritizes youth safety and online responsibility.
Players must:

Use appropriate usernames and profile images

Communicate respectfully in Discord, voice chat, and in-game chat

Follow all staff instructions during events

Never share personal information publicly
All communication channels are moderated to protect participants.
4. Discord Rules
Our Discord server is the hub for events and communication.
Players must follow all server rules, including:

No inappropriate content or language

Use channels only for their intended purpose

Listen to staff and referees

Keep match reports clear and accurate
Failure to follow Discord guidelines may result in removal from the server.
5. Match Conduct
During tournaments, players must:

Stay within designated match channels

Avoid disputes — let referees handle problems
Delays caused by players may result in forfeits.
6. Penalties
Depending on the severity of a violation, Everest Gaming may issue:

Permanent ban from events
Penalties are determined by staff based on the situation.
7. School Partner Responsibilities
For school-based events, participating schools agree to:

Provide a point of contact for communication

Support player safety and integrity
Everest Gaming works with schools directly to maintain standards.
8. Reporting Issues
Players and schools may report violations or concerns through:

We take all reports seriously and maintain confidentiality.
9. Agreement
By participating in any Everest Gaming activity — online or in person — players, coaches, and spectators agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
Failure to comply may result in removal from events, platforms, or future participation.
